About the Journal

The Actual Problems of the Present  (ISSN 2312–4784) is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal founded by Bolashaq Academy (Karaganda, Republic of Kazakhstan).

The journal aims to create a multidisciplinary academic space for discussing pressing issues of modern science and society, fostering research collaboration and intercultural dialogue among scholars worldwide.

It operates under the principles of Open Access, ensuring free and broad dissemination of scientific knowledge at both national and international levels.

The journal was established in 2013 and initially existed only as a print edition. The online PDF publication began in 2018, with digital issues archived and accessible thereafter.

Registered by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (25 September 2015, No. 15583-Ж).

Aims and Objectives

The journal’s main goal is to present new research concepts and results in the field of social and humanitarian sciences, focusing on comprehensive analysis of social, cultural, linguistic, and legal transformations of modern times.

The journal pursues the following objectives:

  • to publish high-quality research in social and humanitarian disciplines;
  • to strengthen the connection between scientific theory and real-world practice;
  • to support young researchers and facilitate their integration into the international academic community;
  • to promote scientific dialogue between Kazakhstan and foreign scholars;
  • to uphold ethical and academic standards in research publishing.
