Article Processing Charge (APC)

 

The journal “Actual Problems of the Present” follows an Open Access publishing model, ensuring the permanent availability and free dissemination of all published articles.

 

The collected APC is used exclusively to:

maintain and operate the official journal website;

register each article in Crossref (DOI);

cover editorial and technical processing costs.

 

Payment Procedure

 

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.

No fees are charged for submission, initial screening, or peer review.

Editorial decisions are made solely based on academic merit and scientific quality — the payment has no influence on acceptance.

The APC applies only to accepted manuscripts.

If a submission is declined, no payment is required, and peer review remains fully independent of financial considerations.
